Maintenance Request Procedure
Should you have an emergency please call the appropriate trades person for assistance. They will assess the problem with you over the phone and then suggest a plan of action. Should the issue not be resolved out of office hours then please call your property manager the next business working for immediate attention.
For guidance of what is considered an emergency repair please refer to the list on this page. If you call a contractor that is not part of our preferred trades person or if your repair is not deemed as an emergency you may find yourself liable for the entire cost of the after hours call out.
Maintenance Considered an Emergency Repair
- A burst or non operational water service
- A blocked or broken toilet system
- A serious roof leak
- A dangerous electrical fault
- Flooding or serious flood damage
- Failure or breakdown of the gas, electricity, or water supply
- Any fault or damage in the premises that makes the premises unsafe or insecure
